The Position
The Application (Salesforce) Developer is intended to drive the Technical side of the integrated solutions provided to our clients.  The Developer must be passionate about solving business challenges and determining solutions for potential clients and internal customers. This position will analyse, design, develop, configure, integrate and launch new solutions and changes to existing solutions. This role will work heavily with Management, Operations, Clients and other development teams to accomplish the goals for multiple implementations.
 Specific Responsibilities
    Good Hands-on experience with customization(Apex Triggers, Classes & Visual Force),configuration(Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports and Dashboards) and Integration experience with Salesforce.com API
    Experience with Agile methodology and ability to handle multiple projects
    Experience with HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, Angular JS web services & mobile frameworks are desirable
    Effective written and verbal communication skills with good analytical skills, Onsite-Offshore model working experience
    401(Salesforce.com developer), 501 (Advanced developer) or 201(Salesforce.com administrator) certification is desirable
    Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to "go the extra mile"

Qualifications

    Ability to identify, build and integrate various technologies to provide client solutions and associate applications using SalesForce.com and other technologies
    Develop solutions based on specifications as indicated in design
    Create high quality solutions for clients
    Unit test all items developed prior to testing
    Participate and collaborate on design
    Create and maintain positive relationships with multiple internal groups to support on-going project development
    Ability to effectively deliver results on several development projects in the same sprints
    Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
    Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
    Achieve and Maintain Service Cloud Consultant and Developer Certifications
