In depth knowledge of Salesforce and SF Best Practices.

Used to doing end to end projects on small teams where they are a primary developer/Salesforce expert. If they have been on large teams, they need to be SF experts and do end to end development.

Knowledge of advanced OO patterns, architecture principles and database design

Packaging and deployment for major and minor releases

Experienced with Java, C#, C++, .NET or other related languages, and experience with developing enterprise applications

Skilled at analyzing, troubleshooting and solving problems

Strong understanding of relational database design
