Job Overview: Pay Range $60hr - $65hr Requirement/Must Have: 3-5 years of overall experience in the IT industry. 2-3 years of specific experience in Salesforce.com development (coding) and implementation, administration, and configuration. Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, OmniStudio, Integrations, Visualforce, and Lightning. Responsibilities: Lead the technical execution of the Salesforce solution. Guide developers and review designs and code. Enforce development standards and resolve complex technical issues. Work closely with the Technical Architect to turn architectural direction into working solutions. Nice to Have: Experience in the healthcare payer domain. Experience in Java/.NET development. Experience with MuleSoft/Informatica/Boomi/Data Loader ETL. Skills: Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Education and Experience: Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Dev 1) and AppBuilder Certification. Desirable: Advanced Developer Certification (DEV 501 or Platform Dev 2). Good to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) Certifications.
