Job Summary:
Valley National Bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in nCino to enhance commercial lending solutions. The role involves hands-on development, Salesforce administration, and optimizing business processes throughout the commercial lending lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain, enhance, and support nCino functionality for commercial lending operations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Configure and customize nCino and Salesforce features to meet business needs
• Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and assignment rules
• Ensure data integrity, security, and platform performance across Salesforce and nCino
• Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for platform improvements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–7+ years of nCino platform experience
• 5–7+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience
• Strong understanding of commercial lending processes and loan lifecycle management
• Experience with Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management
• Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
