Required Qualifications

•                     Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with at least 3 years in an architect or principal-level role

•                     Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency across the Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and multi-cloud solutions

Certifications: Minimum of 4 Salesforce certifications required, including: Platform Developer II (required)

Application Architect or System Architect (required)

Additional certifications such as Integration Architect, Identity & Access Management, Data Architect, or AI Specialist (preferred)

Integration Excellence: Extensive experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar iPaaS platforms and complex integration patterns

Leadership: Proven track record leading technical teams, establishing standards, and driving organizational change in Agile/SAFe environments

DevOps: Strong experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado), and automated testing frameworks
