Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce helps organizations of any size reimagine their business for the world of AI. With Agentforce, organizations can bring humans together with agents to drive customer success-powered by AI, data, and action. And, we empower you to be an Agentblazer, too - driving your performance, career growth, and charting new paths. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Specialist, Employee Communications to support the planning and execution of internal communications for business-critical employee programs. This person will partner closely with Employee Success, Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS), Finance, and other program owners to deliver clear, timely, action-driving communications across channels - from Slack and email to agentic nudges and manager cascades.

You're a great writer, creative thinker, and team player with a solution-oriented mindset who is all about working as part of an innovative, vision-forward, fast-paced team committed to making an impact, together. You're a highly organized self-starter who can manage projects end-to-end and build relationships and skills to get the job done well while having fun! You'll work out of the Salesforce office an average of 3 days a week.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support end-to-end communications planning and execution for assigned programmatic areas, including ES initiatives (Open Enrollment, Comp/Merit, Benefits, Promotions, Learning & Development), Finance (Payroll, Travel & Entertainment), and REWS programs

  • Partner with program owners to shape communications that are clear, human, and drive employee action - not just awareness

  • Write and edit sharp content across channels: Slack messages, email, agent nudges, manager cascade materials, and more

  • Support channel strategy decisions for assigned programs, including Amplify bots, Employee Agent, Manager Agent, and Slack channels

  • Navigate sensitive communications - including org changes and restructuring - with sound judgment and discretion

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, improve personalization, and continuously raise the bar on what programmatic comms can deliver

  • Use data to measure communication effectiveness and apply learnings to continuously improve

  • Contribute to team planning, editorial calendars, and our day-to-day operating rhythm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in internal/employee communications or a related field; experience in a high-tech or fast-paced global environment strongly preferred

  • Exceptional writer with the ability to make complex program information feel simple, clear, and actionable

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without formal authority

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs and adapt priorities seamlessly

  • Actively uses AI tools to drive efficiency and quality - and brings curiosity about what's next

  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude

  • Proven track record of developing and executing internal communications plans that drive employee action
