Main Requirements:
  • Experience or relevant experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing
  • Cloud, Mailchimp, Keap, or other similar platforms
  • Comfortable using email builders such as Canva or AI tools
  • Write, design, and schedule email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Build and maintain engagement journeys, automation rules, and lead scoring
  • Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all emails, templates, and layouts
    A/B test subject lines, send times, content, and user journeys
  • Help manage newsletters, workshop follow-ups, webinar emails, and event sequences
  • Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and RSVP automations in Salesforce
  • Support content creation efforts for digital marketing and internal campaigns
  • Collaborate with advisors and operations to ensure accuracy in messaging
  • Segment recipient lists using Salesforce data and engagement history
  • Maintain clean contact data, suppression lists, and compliance standards
