Job description

Northern Sales Company, a trusted name in the industry for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Route Sales Representative to join our team in Ketchikan, AK. As a Route Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering products to customers, merchandising store shelves, and ensuring our products are presented at their best. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer orders to various locations and check in products with each customer’s receiver.
  • Merchandise store shelves, coolers, and displays by rotating products and removing unsellable items.
  • Maintain and organize backstock areas, ensuring a clean and orderly workspace.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous service.
  • Follow company procedures and schedules, adapting to changing customer and company needs as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience in delivery and merchandising preferred.
  • Experience operating non-CDL box trucks preferred, or willingness to learn.
  • Current driver’s license required.
  • Must be at least 23 years old due to insurance requirements.
  • Ability to obtain a valid DOT physical.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to demonstrate sound judgment and consistent performance.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
Compensation

$20.00 per hour
