Sales Transformation Leader

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Sales Transformation Leader to lead the evolution and growth of the company's Sales and Delivery organizations. This executive leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales transformation strategy that strengthens Ampcus's go-to-market capabilities, accelerates revenue growth, improves sales and delivery alignment, and creates a scalable, high-performance commercial operating model.

The Sales Transformation Leader will combine sales leadership, business transformation, strategic planning, operational excellence, technology enablement, and change management to build a cohesive Sales and Delivery organization capable of consistently delivering exceptional client outcomes and sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define the sales vision, optimize the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, strengthen strategic accounts, expand market opportunities, develop talent, and establish measurable performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales transformation strategy aligned with Ampcus's overall business objectives.
  • Establish a scalable and repeatable go-to-market model across consulting, technology, digital transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, testing, and staffing solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through new-logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and market expansion.
  • Strengthen pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, sales execution, forecasting, and revenue predictability.
  • Establish clear sales targets, accountability structures, operating rhythms, and performance expectations.
  • Develop strategies to increase win rates, sales velocity, average deal size, client retention, and overall revenue productivity.
  • Provide leadership across both the Sales and Delivery organizations, creating a unified commercial operating model.
  • Establish strong alignment between client requirements, sales commitments, delivery capabilities, staffing capacity, pricing, and profitability.
  • Create effective processes for opportunity qualification, solution development, proposal management, resource planning, contracting, and transition to delivery.
  • Partner with Delivery leadership to ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Develop mechanisms for Sales and Delivery teams to jointly identify account expansion and client-growth opportunities.
  • Promote a culture in which client success, revenue growth, delivery excellence, and profitability are shared organizational responsibilities.
  • Assess the current sales organization, processes, tools, capabilities, and performance to identify opportunities for transformation.
  • Design and implement a modern sales operating model, including segmentation, territory/account strategies, sales stages, governance, methodologies, and performance management.
  • Standardize sales processes and best practices across teams and business units.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and accountability across Sales, Delivery, Operations, Marketing, and other functions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and improve sales productivity.
  • Drive adoption and effective utilization of CRM, sales automation, business intelligence, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Establish reliable sales dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into pipeline, forecasting, conversion, revenue, margins, and account performance.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve sales productivity and decision-making.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify market opportunities, sales performance gaps, client trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies for growing strategic and enterprise accounts.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key clients, partners, and prospective customers.
  • Identify new markets, industries, service offerings, and strategic partnerships that can expand Ampcus's addressable market.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions that position Ampcus as a strategic business and technology partner.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate and prioritize high-value growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Sales and Delivery leaders and high-potential talent.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish talent-development programs that strengthen consultative selling, solution selling, account management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Identify organizational capability gaps and develop plans to address them through hiring, training, coaching, and organizational design.
  • Lead organizational change associated with new sales processes, technologies, methodologies, organizational structures, and performance expectations.
  • Build stakeholder alignment and communicate transformation objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • Establish change-management practices that drive adoption and sustainable behavioral change.
  • Anticipate resistance, address organizational barriers, and maintain momentum throughout transformation initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs that measure the effectiveness of the Sales and Delivery organizations.
  • Develop executive-level reporting on pipeline health, bookings, revenue, margins, forecast accuracy, win rates, client growth, sales productivity, and transformation outcomes.
  • Establish regular business reviews and operating cadences to drive accountability and corrective action.
  • Translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant progressive leadership experience in sales, business development, professional services, consulting, technology services, staffing, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales transformation, business transformation, or commercial operating-model initiatives.
