About the Role
This position plays a key role in supporting a consultative sales process focused on delivering workflow automation and document management solutions. The team works collaboratively with clients to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a Client Account Manager with daily scheduling, planning, and coordination activities
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients to introduce services and generate interest
- Set, confirm, and follow up on qualified appointments for sales presentations
- Assist with preparation and coordination of meetings, virtual presentations, and conferences
- Send follow-up communications and supporting materials to prospects and clients
- Maintain accurate records of activity and client information in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to support sales initiatives
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development activities
- Meet weekly activity and appointment-setting targets
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet activity goals
- Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Work Schedule & Compensation
Part-Time: Flexible schedule between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (minimum 20 hours/week, set schedule required)
Full-Time: Standard business hours (no weekends)
Work Location: Austin, TX (on-site)
