About the role
As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

The impact you can have
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
  • Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
  • Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
  • Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
  • Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
  • Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
  • 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
  • A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
  • Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
