We may be new to Arlington, but we're already making a big splash! Our brand-new store is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking, and organized Stock Associates to help keep our newest location running smoothly.
At Boot Factory Outlet, every boot tells a story. We're proud to be a leader in the western and work boot industry, offering more than 20,000 pairs of boots from trusted national brands including Justin, Harley-Davidson, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Sterling River, and many more.
With thousands of boots moving through our store and our famous Buy One Pair, Get Two Pairs FREE promotion keeping us busy, our Stock Associates play an essential role in making sure merchandise gets where it needs to be - quickly, accurately, and safely.
What You'll Do
Our Stock Associates know the stockroom inside and out! Working closely with store management and the sales team, you'll help ensure merchandise is received, processed, organized, and available when our customers are ready to shop.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Unload incoming shipments and verify carton counts against delivery receipts.
  • Check packing lists and merchandise for accuracy and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Process and organize merchandise for placement in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
  • Replenish merchandise throughout the day to keep the sales floor stocked and customer-ready.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom.
  • Properly tag, sort, and categorize merchandise by gender, brand, style, and size.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate inventory controls.
  • Monitor for signs of shrinkage or potential security concerns and report issues to management.
  • Safely use and properly secure ladders and other stockroom equipment.
  • Break down cardboard and boot boxes and dispose of empty pallets and trash.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the stockroom and sales floor.
  • Work as part of the team to keep merchandise moving efficiently during busy periods.
