Job Summary:


The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets. 


Key Responsibilities:


- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection. 


- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. 


- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly. 


- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability. 


- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. 


- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately. 


- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions. 


- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. 


- Adhere to all company policies and procedures. 


- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager. 

Requirements:

Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent. 


- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
