Job description

Job Overview
We are looking for full time high energy individuals who are also detail oriented. High moral compass is a must. Am I reaching too far? We inspect roofs, you must be comfortable getting on and off a ladder and feel good about getting on a roof. There are other insurance based re-roofing companies out there, we are vastly different. Notable differences? Our pay is much more attractive, no high pressure for sales tactics and we focus on quality over quantity.

Duties

  • Attend mandatory weekly meetings
  • Have a great attitude, after all you work for an awesome roofing company!
  • Canvass and network! There are lots of ways that we secure projects but nothing beats good old fashioned conversations.
  • Manage our customer's projects from beginning to end, from the first conversation to the last nail being picked up.
  • Attend Adjuster meetings with insurance adjusters, and act as liaison between the customers, back office and insurance by walking them through the steps of the claims process.
  • Utilize project management software for tracking progress and reporting.
  • Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies (This was added by AI, I have no idea what this means).
  • Apply quality management principles to ensure deliverables meet established standards(Ok, AI is doing too much).
  • Engage in conflict management and negotiation as necessary to resolve issues impacting project timelines or outcomes.
  • Network with qualified homeowners.
  • Conduct inspections on damaged roofs.
  • Help homeowners file an insurance claim on qualified roofs and navigate the claim process. (Don't worry, we handle most of that for you)

Qualifications

  • You need to have a pulse.
  • You need to have a great personality.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously(okay this AI statement can stay).
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels(we have no stakeholders but you definitely need strong communication skills).
  • Drug free and be able to pass a background check.
  • Have a well running vehicle.
  • The ability to get up and down a ladder and on and off a roof to complete inspections

Compensation-What's in it for you??

  • Remember that attractive pay I mentioned? We offer un capped commissions with monthly guaranteed performance based bonuses. In this industry, the average Project Manager makes between $65k-$144k but ultimately, your financial success is up to you and the sky is the limit.
  • Additional bonuses, contests with monetary prizes, and awards
  • A fully stocked break room with unlimited coffee, a plethora of snacks, protein and energy drinks (that alone is worth working here! Snacks are awesome!)
  • BBQ's, family events, yearly Christmas parties, company incentive retreats and trips.
  • A (mostly) self made schedule. No clock to punch...Hello freedom!!
  • Company swag because its cool.
  • Working with some of the coolest cats in town. (Seriously though, our team is awesome!)
  • We know that kids invent new ways to wind up in the emergency room regularly so we also have a full Benefits package including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision and Supplemental Insurance! Plus, now you can finally have that check up you've been procrastinating on!
