Position Summary

Senior IT Project Manager to manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation for enterprise IT initiatives at a regulated electric and gas utility. Accountable for meeting agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. Develops the project plan and drives project milestones; establishes an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders; provides day-to-day direction to project resources; and ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports, and budgets. The current assignment supports enhancements to a recently deployed SAP Sales and Service Cloud platform and extension of that platform to additional user communities across the enterprise, delivered iteratively โ€” so the role also owns demand intake, backlog prioritization, and release sequencing.

Required Skills

  • Utilities domain experience โ€” IT project delivery for a regulated electric, gas, or combination utility, with working knowledge of the utility customer landscape
  • SAP Sales and Service Cloud experience โ€” hands-on project delivery on the platform, including implementation, enhancement, or user community rollout
