About the Opportunity

Elevate Roofing & Construction is seeking experienced, motivated, and driven sales professionals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. This position offers the opportunity to build a highly rewarding career in the storm restoration industry while helping homeowners recover from hail and storm damage.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes initiative, and is comfortable working independently in assigned territories. You will be responsible for identifying storm-damaged properties, educating homeowners, assisting with the insurance claims process, and guiding customers through every step of their roofing and restoration project.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect assigned neighborhoods affected by hail, wind, and storm damage.
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach and homeowner consultations.
  • Perform preliminary roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage.
  • Educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process.
  • Assist homeowners in initiating insurance claims when storm damage is present.
  • Schedule and attend insurance adjuster inspections.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and construction process.
  • Provide accurate project information and communicate updates regularly.
  • Coordinate with production and management teams to ensure successful project completion.
  • Generate referrals and expand business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
IQualificationsRequired
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
