Job description

Location: Frisco, TX  |  North Palm Beach, FL  |  Toronto, ON |(Hybrid) 

In this position, you'll be based in one of the listed office locations for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. A role you will love 

As a Data Analyst - Operational Performance, you'll partner closely with Operations leaders and executive stakeholders to turn data into insight and action. This role goes beyond standard reporting. You'll anticipate business needs, identify trends, and develop dashboards and analyses that support operational efficiency and decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, uncovering trends within complex data sets, and delivering actionable recommendations that help teams improve performance.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and scorecards focused on operational performance, efficiency, volume, quality, service levels, and capacity
  • Creating scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Translating business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
  • Proactively identifying insights and opportunities for leadership teams
  • Partnering with Operations, Process Improvement, and Technology teams to enhance data quality and usability
  • Creating concise, executive-ready reporting and summaries that clearly communicate findings and recommendations
  • Establishing and maintaining standard definitions, metrics, documentation, and reporting governance
  • Supporting operational teams through reporting, analytics, and performance measurement initiatives

What will you bring to the role?    

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting operational teams
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics platforms
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience presenting data, trends, and insights to stakeholders
  • Ability to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Self-starter able to operate effectively with minimal direction
  • Ability to anticipate business needs 
  • Strong communication skills for executive audiences
     

Preferred:

  • Financial, banking, or operational analytics experience
  • Experience supporting operations, fulfillment, or shared services environments
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is CAD $67,608.80 - $101,413.20 for Toronto, ON, $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 for Frisco, TX, and $66,500.00 - $99,750.00 for North Palm Beach, FL. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
