Job description

IVX Health is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to lead the strategy, systems, and analytics that power our national growth engine. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of sales operations, analytics, and strategic execution, helping drive provider engagement and lead sales enablement efforts.

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven leader who can bring structure to complexity, elevate team performance, and translate insights into measurable business results.

About the Role

The Manager, Sales Operations is a key leader connecting strategy, people, and performance across IVX Health's Sales and Growth functions. This role manages and leads the Sales Operations and Support function and partners closely with Sales and Data teams to improve efficiency, generate insight, and drive disciplined execution.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical rigor, operational leadership, and curiosity, ensuring the sales organization is supported by accurate reporting, scalable processes, and systems that enable continued expansion and scaling across markets and therapies. This role is also well suited for candidates with backgrounds in internal consulting, strategy, chief of staff, or other cross-functional leadership roles who excel at solving ambiguous problems and driving execution across teams.

What You Will Do

Sales Operations and Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance and workforce trends to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risk, and optimize team effectiveness.
  • Monitor provider referral activity to identify underperforming markets and recommend strategic interventions.
  • Deliver and assess sales KPIs and KLIs, providing leadership with actionable insights and return-on-investment analysis.
  • Lead growth reviews, territory assessments, and structural recommendations to support sustainable market growth.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and scale sales enablement programs, tools, and resources that improve support, productivity, and field execution across the sales organization.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to design enablement strategies, messaging, and materials that strengthen provider engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • Identify capability gaps and implement training, content, and process improvements that support consistent performance across markets.
  • Build frameworks to track provider engagement, ranking, and retention.

Systems, Processes, and Tools

  • Own and optimize sales technology, including CRM administration, data capture, and analytics tools such as Trilliant.
  • Partner with Business Systems and Data teams to strengthen sales-related systems and improve data integrity.
  • Standardize sales workflows, CRM processes, and KPI reporting across the organization.

People Leadership and Management

  • Manage, lead, and develop the Sales Operations and Support team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and growth.
  • Define team structures, role responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with business priorities.
  • Provide guidance and partnership to sales and market leaders to support consistent execution of growth strategies.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a collaborative, analytical leader who can translate strategy into execution and inspire teams to deliver measurable business results. You may be a strong fit if you bring:

  • 5-6 years of experience in sales operations, growth strategy, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
  • Experience in multi-site healthcare services, private equity-backed organizations, or other high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and improving performance through data, process, and operational excellence
  • Experience in internal consulting, business operations, strategy, chief of staff, or other cross-functional roles requiring structured problem solving and executive-level influence.
  • Proven ability to lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments and translate leadership priorities into clear operational plans.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Deep familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and sales performance systems
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities; experience with medical claims data or similar datasets preferred
