Responsibilities

The Opportunity 

Role Purpose Drive the growth of PepsiCo Foods categories through the execution of brand growth strategies in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, strengthening category penetration, market share leadership, and sustainable business growth through strong local consumer connection. Scope & Interaction Role based 100% in Puerto Rico, working crossfunctionally with local and regional teams and acting as a peer to the current Field Marketing team.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities Execute the Field Marketing agenda for PepsiCo Foods brands in PR & USVI. Implement brand initiatives aligned with local insights and business objectives. Collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Logistics, and DX teams. Coordinate and manage BTL, creative, and media agencies at local and international levels.
