We're looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to help us understand what's working, sharpen our targeting, and turn campaign data into decisions that grow the business.

You must have the right to work in the United States and not require Team Car Care support or sponsorship for immigration-related employment now or in the future.

This position is based at the Team Car Care Headquarters in Irving, TX, with onsite work Tuesday-Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.

About the Role

The Marketing Data Analyst is a mid-level, individual-contributor role focused on digital marketing and campaign performance analytics. You'll own reporting and analysis across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and web channels, working closely with the marketing team to measure campaign effectiveness, uncover trends, and recommend where to invest next. This role is based on site at our Irving, TX headquarters and works closely with marketing, IT/data, and outside media partners.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards tracking performance across paid search, paid social, display, SEO, email, and the Team Car Care website, using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SQL, and a BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner with the marketing team on campaign measurement plans, including defining KPIs, setting up tracking (UTM taxonomy, conversion events, tagging), and validating data accuracy before and during campaign launches.
  • Support media mix and channel-attribution analysis to help guide budget allocation across digital channels and local markets.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to pull, join, and validate data from marketing platforms, the data warehouse, and point-of-sale/CRM systems.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate test analysis for email, landing pages, and ad creative, and communicate statistically sound conclusions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor data quality across marketing platforms and tracking implementations, flagging and helping resolve tagging or measurement issues.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries and ad hoc analyses for marketing leadership, including competitive and market-level trends where relevant.
  • Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and outside agencies/vendors to ensure marketing data flows accurately into shared reporting systems.

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related analytical role, ideally in a multi-location retail, franchise, or service-based business.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, plus experience managing or analyzing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating data across marketing platforms, the data warehouse, and point-of-sale/CRM systems; comfort with Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).
  • Experience building dashboards or reports in a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, attribution models, and funnel/conversion metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for non-technical audiences, both in writing and in presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a habit of validating data before drawing conclusions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing analytics in the automotive, retail, or franchise services industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM or loyalty platforms and customer segmentation.
  • Exposure to Python or R for data analysis or automation.
  • Experience with statistical testing (A/B testing frameworks) and experimental design.
  • Familiarity with local/store-level marketing performance analysis across multiple locations.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • A collaborative, data-driven marketing team and the opportunity to directly influence how Team Car Care reaches and retains customers nationwide.

Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Team Car Care's Talent Acquisition team. We will reach out to our preferred agency partners in the rare instance we require additional talent options. Your respect for this process is appreciated.
