The Sales Manager will manage, direct, and drive a team of in-home sales representatives within one of our Top 5 highest-volume markets in support of the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Core Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans, establishing clear revenue targets and performance expectations for the market
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and hold sales representatives accountable to individual and team performance goals
  • Conduct ride-a-longs and performance reviews to improve close rates, refine sales processes, and elevate team capability
  • Analyze lost sales, competitive activity, and market trends to strengthen positioning and drive growth
  • Oversee territory pricing and profitability, ensuring strong margins and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Director to reinforce best practices, operational discipline, and a high-performance culture grounded in integrity
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years' experience in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B)
  • 3+ years' experience successfullyleading sales teams in a similar environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
