National Coatings & Supplies and Single Source Inc are looking for experienced Industrial Sales Managers to join our team.
An Industrial Sales Manager (ISM) is responsible for all duties and responsibilities associated with strategically targeting new business opportunities to maximize longer term revenue streams while being responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an ongoing book of business to achieve aggressive monthly sales goals. We have opportunities available in Tulsa, OK, Louisville, MS & Dallas, TX.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of the company's industrial products
• Make sales calls on assigned accounts
• Communicate effectively with store associates to improve competitive position and customer service levels.
• Learning the competitions' strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide assistance to the store manager in resolving customer complaints or problems.
• Remain acquainted with all competitive products and programs.
• Use tools to increase accuracy and efficiency in customer ordering and inventories
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Education Requirements
• High School Diploma/ GED
• At least 3 years of sales experience, industrial preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly sales goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Ability to work as an individual or in a team environment
