Description

A growing company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the promotional products industry to lead and expand its sales organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the promotional products space and can drive both team performance and individual sales success.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, manage, and support the sales team to achieve individual and company-wide revenue goals
  • Set clear performance expectations, hold team members accountable, and run regular sales meetings
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day leadership to drive results
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributor and vendor partners
  • Maintain and grow your own book of business through active selling
  • Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on sales execution
