Standard Duties:

  • Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems
  • Run service calls like a pro - from first knock to final signature
  • Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options
  • Deliver 5-star experiences that turn into repeat customers and reviews
  • Drive a company-provided van (servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville)
  • Mentor newer techs and lead by example when needed

Requirements

  • MN Journeyman Plumbing License (State of Minnesota)
  • Valid driver's license + clean driving record
  • Strong residential service experience
  • Comfortable selling repairs, replacements, and upgrades
  • Open to service, installs, and branch-line drain work
  • Professional, confident, customer-first mindset
