Recruiting Coordinator Intern (Payroll & HR Services)
Position Type: Contract (with opportunity for future growth)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible around college class schedules for the right candidate)
Compensation: Base Pay + Residual Commission + PTO & Paid Holidays
Computer: Must have your own laptop or desktop
About the Role
Are you a person who enjoys talking with others and wants to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development? We are looking for a motivated college student or recent graduate to join our growing Payroll & HR company. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop real-world sales and marketing experience while working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to introduce our Payroll & HR solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Meet daily and weekly calls, appointments, and activity goals.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information in our CRM.
  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking.
  • Help create and share marketing content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Follow up with prospects through phone and email.
  • Represent the company professionally with exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • College student or recent graduate pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear English.
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Organized with good time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
