About You
  • You're a Knix Ambassador - inspired by our mission, and driven to translate that passion into measurable brand growth. 
  • You're energized by a fast-paced and sales-driven environment, adapt quickly to change, and consistently strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for a task list. You see the 'open space' on the floor and fill it-whether that's connecting with a client or optimizing a display to drive UPT.
  • You know how to read customer cues and tailor each interaction to create a welcoming, memorable experience.
  • You understand the vulnerability of fitting rooms and naturally make others feel comfortable, confident, and supported.
  • You treat feedback as a tool for success, proactively applying coaching to hit your targets and support the store's success.
  • You're a team player who strives to keep the floor positive, productive, and customer-focused.
  • You're comfortable handling difficult customer interactions and objections.
The Opportunity
  • Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers.
  • Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right Knix products, ensuring they leave confident and with the perfect fit.
  • Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment. Adopt a 'lean in" mindset toward sales targets. You understand that every KPI (AOV, CVR, UPT) is a direct reflection of how well we are serving our community.
  • Stay knowledgeable on our growing product assortment and current promotions to confidently support customer decisions.
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor, contributing to a positive in-store experience regardless of traffic levels.
  • Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs to keep the store customer-ready.
  • Escalate any issues or opportunities as required to the Manager on Duty.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset, but above all else, you're great with people and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You love being part of a team and are a great collaborator.
  • Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care and attention.
  • Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs.
  • Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.
Compensation
  • $19.70 CAD per hour
