Starting at $19.00+/hour
Schedule:
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available a minimum of every other weekend. Average hours per week is 20 hours.
All associates that process bows, must be over the age of 18.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers on the sales floor with genuine courtesy and a smile, to ensure they feel welcomed the moment they enter your shop
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by seeking out and engaging with customers, going through the steps of the sale to determine their needs, recommending appropriate products, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card
  • Grow personal sales by consistently hitting set goals and following Scheels' professional salesmanship standards and the steps of the sale to provide an above-and-beyond customer experience
  • Create a positive end-user experience based on the products the customer is purchasing
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and support the team with freight processing and inventory restocking
  • Ability to demonstrate product usage within their shop and retrieve product from heights of greater than 6 ft
  • Attend all required Scheels product training and all store meetings
  • Assist in the training of new associates in the areas of the store's expertise
  • Ability to navigate a personal computer and a handheld inventory computer/scanner. Programs include: Microsoft Office, Google Email / Docs, and AS400
  • Assist in all other assigned duties by the leadership team

Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-3 months of sales experience
All associates that process bows, must be over the age of 18.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
