Job description

GSE Dynamics, Inc., a full-service engineering and manufacturing company located in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the Sales Department who is organized, detail oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison to Manager and Vice President of Business development
  • Prepare Sales Bids for quotation
  • Maintain quotation database
  • Track and process sales leads and opportunities
  • Follow-up with buyers on open bids and RFQs
  • Navigate customer portals to retrieve technical documentation, and RFQ documentation
  • Report and Maintain Sales analytics
  • Cross train with other sales coordinator positions
  • General administrative duties – data entry, filing, copying

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytics
  • Advanced computer skills with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage a variety of tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Reliable and punctual with attendance

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales assistance, or office administration.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

This is an estimated salary range with any actual compensation offers to be dependent upon factors including experience, skill set, qualifications, and other factors allowed by law.

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
