OTE of $95K–$135K, uncapped upside, and real ownership of your pipeline.

ABOUT DETRITUS

Detritus is a third-party brokerage that connects clients seeking construction site services with a nationwide network of providers. Our customers know us as Dumpster Rental Dogs and Porta Potty Dogs; our provider network knows us as Detritus. We're headquartered in Savannah, GA and growing fast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect and qualify net-new accounts, generating pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and inbound high-lifetime-value leads.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field with a focus on net-new acquisition.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales certifications a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication — comfortable leading commercial conversations independently.

• Sharp math and analytical skills for pricing, margin analysis, and deal structuring.

• Salesforce or CRM proficiency for pipeline management and documentation.

• Strategic thinker with solid business acumen who takes ownership and stays accountable.

• Self-starter who doesn't wait for leads to come to them.

• Medical amp; Dental Insurance

• Paid Time Off

• Retirement Contributions

• Career Growth Opportunities

• Collaborative Team Environment
