Overview:
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining an existing customer base. This includes order management (order processing), pricing, credit, service issues, and quality. This role will generate revenue by processing quotations and orders, influencing delivery requirements and delivery performance, and optimizing equipment efficiencies and freight costs. This position requires heavy team collaboration and communication, best supported by a hybrid work environment. Employees gain the best of both worlds, collaborating in-person, while having the flexibility to work remote on specific days.
Your Challenges:
Maintain Existing Customer Account Base
  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to pricing inquiries and execute adjustments to ensure accurate invoice and pricing information.
  • Monitor and resolve invoice adjustments for book of business.
  • Address and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Account Development
  • Analyze order history to identify trends and communicate with Outside Sales Account Manager.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Preferred Qualifications/Professional Experience:
