Job description

Quick Job Details:

Setting: Outpatient Neurology practice

Schedule: Full-time

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible schedule)

Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day

Job Requirements: MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology, active or eligible Florida medical license and DEA registration, experience diagnosing and managing a broad range of neurological disorders, proficiency with neurology-specific diagnostics and procedures including Botox injections, EMG, and EEG interpretation, experience with Athena EMR preferred, strong communication and patient-centered care skills, ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and willingness to participate in a shared call rotation (approximately every 4–5 weeks)

Compensation: $350,000 guaranteed base salary for Year 1, transitioning to a productivity model (45% of collections) beginning in Year 2

  • Call Schedule: Shared call rotation every 4–5 weeks
  • Support Staff: Dedicated Medical Assistant and experienced office support staff
  • Interview Process: Three-step interview process with practice leadership, physician partners, and executive team
  • Practice Environment: Collaborative, physician-focused practice offering the independence of private practice without the administrative burden of managing HR, billing, recruiting, or operations, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
