What is a salaried store manager?

Salaried Store Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store while receiving a fixed annual salary rather than hourly wages. Their main duties include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling inventory, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the store’s appearance.
