Physician / Gastroenterology / Milwaukee, WI GI Physician needed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. • This is an Excellent opportunity to join a large, very highly-regarded multi-specialty group with over 350 physicians and locations across Southeast Wisconsin. • They are looking for a BC GI, with two-plus years of experience, to join a group of five physicians. • The group currently covers two sites, both on the south side of Milwaukee, and with the GI Program in the expansion mode are planning to increase coverage at one location. Future expansion includes moving up into the group’s Milwaukee market so this is an excellent time to join a growing and thriving program, with huge long-term potential. • You’ll work out of two locations, both on the south side of Milwaukee. • They recently completed a $49 million phased project that was started in July 2004. • 65,000 square foot medical office building • Addition of a 15-bed inpatient Unit • New GI Lab on the with four procedure rooms; 12 PrePost rooms, FUSE Technology, and addition of BRAVO technology • Cardiac Catheterization Lab • Additional CT Scanner (Summer 2015) • Converting 2 GI Labs to operating Rooms and adding a separate cardiovascular room for a total of 5 operating rooms • New State of the art Endoscopy Center • 4 Procedure Rooms • Private physician dictating area, able to accommodate 2 physicians, computer equipped adjacent to the procedure rooms • Olympus Endoworks datat management system • Over 10,000 procedures performed per year including: EGD, Colonoscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP, EUS, Dilation, Esophageal Motility, Foreign Body Removal, Liver Biopsy, Paracentesis, PEG Placement • Olympus Scopes- 180 series colonoscopes; including pediatric, gastroscopes, and duodenoscopes • FUSE technology colonoscopes and endoscopes • BRAVO Technology • Capsules Endoscopy • Designed for efficiency with just steps between office and Endoscopy suites • 350+ Physician Multispecialty Group with established referral patterns • 5 Gastroenterologists with one day per week call and 1:4 weekend call • A dynamic, extensively trained team of GI Nurses, RTS, and technicians bringing expertise to all patients they touch • Guaranteed Starting Salary • Productivity based compensation with potential of $700k+ • Full benefits including health, dental, life, 401k, relocation, paid malpractice, vacation, CME, potential sign-on, loan repayment and more. • Continue the activity and market share growth experienced to date • Grow the group size consistent with the coverage requirements at multiple facilities • Sustain a commitment to state-of-the-art technology and equipment for the GI Service • Maintain an aggressive marketing and promotion program as the services grows in scope and activity
