We are seeking a Network Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure across multiple sites, including offices and plants in the US, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. The candidate will be responsible for network operations, security management, and server administration, ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.

Job Description

1. Network Administration
Manage company network infrastructure, from WAN circuits to Layer 3 switching.
Support Azure network integration and administer Fortinet hardware VPN.
Oversee G-Cloud network management.
Provide Tier 2 support for plant L2/wireless issues and Tier 1 support for office networks.

2. Network Security
Manage G-Cloud user security solutions (Printer Chaser).
Administer G-Cloud Web Proxy and Unified Threat Management (UTM) firewall.
Oversee user firewall (Zscaler) and other security solutions (NAC, IPS).

3. Server Administration
Maintain G-Cloud servers (MECM, AD, Printer Chaser, Web Proxy, etc.).
Manage on-premise servers (DHCP, File Server, Plant Systems).
Collaborate with AWS headquarters for server interface and onsite support.

4. IT Infrastructure & Security Project Support
Support IT infrastructure and security projects initiated by the company.
Work closely with local IT teams and remote support teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in routing and switching technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Azure Networking)
Hands-on experience with VPN (hardware/software), NAC, firewall, web proxy, and IPS solutions
