We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close. You will carry a quota and be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and closing opportunities across Docufree's priority industries. Because we sell a sophisticated software platform across three solution areas — ScanCloud for capture, DocumentCloud for content management, and AutomateCloud for intelligent automation — this role requires someone who can prospect relentlessly, run a disciplined sales process, speak credibly to business and technical buyers in regulated industries, and consistently convert pipeline into closed revenue. The role reports to sales leadership.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, consistently meeting or exceeding an assigned revenue quota.
• Proactively build pipeline through outbound prospecting by phone, email, and social, in addition to qualifying inbound leads, across Docufree's priority industries (financial services, insurance, government and education, healthcare, and legal).
• Uncover prospect requirements, pain points, and document-driven process challenges, and map them to the right Docufree solution — capture (ScanCloud), management (DocumentCloud), or automation (AutomateCloud).
• Lead discovery, product demonstrations, and solution presentations, coordinating sales engineering and subject-matter experts as needed.
• Develop and manage account and opportunity plans for complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups, identifying key decision makers, influencers, and economic buyers.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and statements of work, and lead negotiations to a signed agreement in partnership with leadership, legal, and finance.
• Expand revenue within existing accounts through renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell in coordination with customer success.
• Maintain accurate, disciplined records of all opportunities, stages, close dates, and next steps in the CRM (SalesFlow), and keep the forecast current.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts and updates on pipeline, activity, and closed business.
• Represent Docufree at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, including travel as required.
• Partner closely with marketing and customer success on campaigns and account strategies that build pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role, with a consistent, demonstrable history of prospecting and closing opportunities.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing new business.
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, not solely inbound or marketing-sourced leads.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to signature.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to converse confidently and credibly with business and technical decision makers.
• Ability to learn a sophisticated software platform and clearly articulate its products, solution sets, and business value to prospective buyers.
• Strong organizational skills and discipline around CRM data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling B2B SaaS, software, or technology solutions, ideally in a full-cycle closing role.
• Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, insurance, government and education, healthcare, or legal) or to enterprise, multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (such as SalesFlow, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Working understanding of document management, content management, or business process automation concepts.
• Familiarity with consultative, outcome-based, or value-selling methodologies (such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler).

• Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus an uncapped variable incentive tied to bookings and quota attainment.
