Description

Avatar Computing is seeking SailPoint Developer Subject Matter Experts to support the Army's Enterprise Application/System Modernization and Migration (EAMM) program. As a senior technical expert, you will be responsible for implementing complex identity and access management solutions using SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform. You will provide technical leadership on SailPoint implementations, guide architecture decisions, and ensure enterprise-scale identity governance solutions meet government security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of complex SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations and workflows
  • Develop custom integrations with various applications, directories, and systems using SailPoint APIs and connectors
  • Provide expert guidance on SailPoint architecture, performance optimization, and best practices
  • Implement access control policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and other security measures
  • Ensure IAM solutions adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant regulatory standards
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, configurations, and integration details
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the SailPoint development team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, compliance, and government stakeholders
Qualifications
  • US Citizen (No Dual Citizens)
  • Active Secret Clearance Required
  • Security+ or equivalent certification
  • At least 10 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
  • At least 4 years of experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions such as SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow, Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), or IBM Security Verify Governance
  • Experience with the Java programming language
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform architecture and configuration
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide subject matter expertise on complex IGA implementations
