Job description

Mount Airey Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Technologist Inc., is seeking a talented engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access control solutions.

  • Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, certifications, and access reviews to meet business-specific access control requirements.
  • Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with existing access and authentication solutions.
  • Configure and manage user access entitlements within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Automate access provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ features and functionality.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of ICAM governance processes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including security teams, application owners, and business users.
  • Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent related experience.
  • At least 3 (three) years of experience in a technical role supporting ICAM solutions.
  • Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of access control principles and best practices.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
