Job Title: Systems Administrator Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a motivated and cleared Systems Administrator to join our Accounts Management team in Hampton, VA. This is an immediate opportunity to support Distributed Ground System (DGS) operations, where your technical expertise will directly contribute to mission success.
Our team operates around the clock on four consecutive 10-hour shifts each week. Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day support for provisioning and maintaining user accounts using SailPoint identity tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex account issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Work closely with management and customers to ensure correct access permissions are provisioned.
• Respond to service outages, technical inquiries, and system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct systems analysis and support upgrades to keep systems aligned with evolving technologies.
• Perform regular health checks on processes, services, networks, and storage systems.
• Maintain accurate configuration and documentation using SharePoint and established record-management practices.
• Collaborate with security and cross-functional teams on system improvements and issue resolution.
• Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel. Qualifications: Required: • Active TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant systems administration experience
• Security+ CE certification
• Experience with identity and access management
• Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Server 2019
- Microsoft Windows 11
- VMware
- Linux Desired: • Experience with SharePoint
