Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and behavior through interviews and direct observation, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.
  • Utilize an integrative approach combining social, medical, and psychotherapeutic data to develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.
  • Establish measurable short- and long-term treatment objectives, setting the stage for consistent progress in therapy.

Qualifications
  • Valid and current California LMFT license is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field of marriage and family therapy.
  • Exceptional computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, as it enhances our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
