BroadPath, a Sagility Company, is hiring experienced Licensed Health Insurance Agentsto join our remote team! In this fully remote role, you'll provide consultative support to customers calling in to explore health insurance options. You'll qualify callers, assess their needs, explain plan benefits, and guide them toward the most appropriate {Medicare or Under 65} plan when applicable. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a seasonal, work-from-home position. Schedules, pay rates, and program details may vary based on business needs and client assignment.

Compensation Highlights

  • Base Pay: Salaries startingat $20 per hour, with potential to earn more based on experience
  • Training completion bonus for those who have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance in the first week of production
