- Lead job site safety inspections and proactively identify risks

- Serve as the go-to safety expert for both field teams and management

- You'll be in the field where it matters most-on active residential construction sites-working alongside crews, supervisors, and leadership. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on environment with regular travel throughout Texas and surrounding markets, as well as exposure to active construction environments and changing job site conditions.
Physical Requirements
- Walk and inspect job sites for extended periods
- Climb, bend, kneel, and navigate active construction environments
- Lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally
- Wear required PPE at all times on job sites
