What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection Coordinators must always practice good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meet customer requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule a variety of inspections, including but not limited to fire alarms, fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, backflow, emergency lights, and more.
  • Create accounts in building reports.
  • Review & update Inspection prices in FieldHub.
  • Open/Close Inspection Work Orders.
  • Review & upload reports into governing compliance engines.
  • Schedule repairs for deficiencies found during inspections.
  • Respond to technician & customer questions promptly.
  • Ensure all resources are available for scheduled inspections.

  • Inspection Scheduling Accuracy: 100% of inspections scheduled and completed on time.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback scores or response times to inquiries.
  • Work Order Accuracy: 100% of work orders opened/closed correctly the first time.
  • Report Upload Timeliness: 100% of inspection reports uploaded to compliance systems within defined timelines.
  • System Accuracy: Minimal number of errors in Building Reports or FieldHub entries.
  • Compliance Rate: 100% of inspections and documentation meeting AHJ or internal compliance requirements.
