MISSIONS:  

HR throughout the employee journey

In this role, you will become part of a global but yet local and dedicated trading company as well as our passionate HR community within the cluster (Nordics & Baltics). Furthermore, you will also be in touch with our head office in Paris.

You will have a varied working day, with tasks that require both structure and an eye for detail, as well as tasks where dialogue and collaboration are key.

Your work will include:

  •          Consulting with managers
  •          HR administration, system maintenance, processes, legal and Labour Council enquiries
  •          Support training and development of managers and employees
  •          Lead and implement health and safety programs
  •          Employee satisfaction survey
  •          Lead the full recruitment lifecycle
  •          Internal communication
  •          Vilnius office administration

You will be based in our Vilnius office and visit our Kaunas location 1-2 days a month. We value our time together in the office, however are also flexible regarding working from home. You will report to our HR Director Nordics & Baltics and will also have close collaboration with our Managing Director.

PROFILE:  

A detail-oriented and independent team player

We are looking for you, who have several years of experience in HR, and who thrives in a wide-ranging role where administration, legal matters and recruitment are all part of the day-to-day work. You have a higher relevant education, eye for detail and the ability to maintain an overview, even when things move fast. You have experience with employment law, are proficient in IT systems, including Excel, and communicate professionally in both Lithuanian and English. Experience with profiling and testing tools would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.

As a person, you are organised, serviceminded and team-oriented. You thrive on engaging with both managers and employees, and are motivated by taking on responsibility and ensuring that HR helps to create value for the entire organisation.

You will be part of a small but strong cluster HR team, where we share knowledge, help each other and have an informal atmosphere. We work closely with the business and take pride in delivering high quality in everything we do.
