Now Hiring: Front Desk Agent!
We are seeking a guest-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent at our brand-new Residence Inn in Wilmington, DE!

Key Responsibilities
• Greet all guests (internal and external) in a friendly, professional manner and in accordance with Marriott standards
• Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond to requests promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction by following through on all needs and concerns
• Share information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment information
• Handle in-house account balances and notify management of concerns
• Balance cash, credit card transactions, and shift reports
• Maintain daily logs and checklists
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, etc.)
• Follow all safety and operational standards
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance and consistent attendance
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and consistently exemplify company values in all interactions
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
Skills amp; Abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
• Regularly stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods
• Frequently reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch
