Job description

If you are a hardworking, safety conscious and reliable individual who enjoys working outdoors and in the sunlight, then join our team as a Ride Attendant at The Track! We are seeking diligent and attentive Ride Attendants who will be responsible for guest experiences through safe operation of the Bumper Boats and Kids Country amusement rides as well as guest purchases. You will follow all delegated tasks assigned by management and maintain all aspects of the The Track’s "Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service" mantra while on the job. As an active team member you will be in direct and continuous interaction with guests, leads and supervisors on a daily basis for whom you will maintain a friendly, clean, and safe environment.

As a Ride Attendant you will:

  • Welcome and greet all Guests entering arcades, rides, and attractions
  • Ensure that all aspects of the ride cycle comply with normal safety procedures
  • Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
  • Assist guests on and off the attraction
  • Follow all ride specific safety procedures including but, not limited to, checking height, checking restraints, ensuring bags and loose items are not allowed on the ride, etc.
  • Work in a fast paced, high-volume, and exciting environment
  • Perform Cashier and Arcade Attendant guest facing roles which include assisting guests with purchases, cash handling, and inventory related duties.
  • Positively interact will all guests and provide exceptional guest service
  • Be knowledgeable regarding park policies to answer questions from Guests
  • Continually monitor the cleanliness within the assigned area
  • Follow The Track’s policies and procedures at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, days/evenings, and weekdays when needed for operation
  • Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain
  • Must be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Must be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all times
  • Must be able and willing to meet all The Track’s Grooming Standards daily


Working Conditions: Work may be performed outdoors in all weather conditions with and without shade structures, depending on the location. Assigned duties may also be performed indoors with artificial lighting and various levels of noise. Ride Attendants will be standing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching throughout their shift. Shifts can vary in length.
