Delivery Assist – DaysHensley Beverage Company

Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned Arizona beverage wholesaler that distributes a world-class portfolio of beverages across the state. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as a Delivery Assist for our day shift operations.

Position Summary

The Delivery Assist supports CDL Drivers with the delivery of beverage products to retail accounts in a safe, professional, and efficient manner. This position plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer service while helping maintain accurate and timely deliveries throughout the route.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist CDL Drivers with loading and unloading beverage products at customer locations
  • Safely move product using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other delivery equipment
  • Stock and rotate product at customer accounts as needed
  • Verify product quantities and assist with delivery paperwork
  • Provide excellent customer service during each delivery stop
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Work as a team to complete routes efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50–100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
