Position Overview

Aiona is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Dishwashers to join our opening back-of-house team. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth kitchen operations during lunch and dinner service.
Dishwashers support the culinary and service teams by ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized, organized, and ready for continuous use.
Key Responsibilities

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of dish stations, sinks, and work areas
  • Collect and sort trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste
  • Assist with basic food prep or clearing duties as needed
  • Support smooth kitchen workflow by promptly responding to service needs
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines


Teamwork & Standards

  • Uphold Aionas cleanliness and operational standards
  • Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned
Qualifications

  • Previous dishwashing or kitchen support experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
