Job description

We are working on a search for a growth stage FinTech Company. They are very engineering driven and looking for a Head of SaaS Operations to lead and oversee all operational facets of operations including DevOps, infrastructure, data, storage, and network management. This position will report directly to the CTO.

Requirements:
– Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
– Proven experience in a similar role, managing DevOps, Infrastructure, and/or DBA teams.
– Strong knowledge of SaaS product operations, containerization, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure as code practices.
– OpenStack platforms
– Orchestration and Automation: Proficiency in Kubernetes, Rancher, and ArgoCD for container orchestration, along with Chef and Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation.
– Security and Compliance: Experience with security and compliance scanning, ensuring the adherence to standards such as PCI and SOC.
– Proficient in database administration and optimization, with hands-on experience in major RDBMS databases.
– Network and Data Center Management: Familiarity with managing VMs, firewalls, and multi-hub data centers to ensure optimal network performance and resilience.
