Job description

Job Summary:

They are seeking a SaaS Program - Controls and Governance Lead to provide expertise and leadership in developing and managing SaaS Oversight and Governance capabilities, while fostering teamwork and communication among staff.
Responsibilities:
• Provides expertise and leadership to develop, deploy and manage SaaS Oversight and Governance capabilities as part of the Strategic SaaS Strategic Remediation Program
• Leads development, deployment and refinement of the following capabilities for SaaS applications: Risk Treatment, Governance and Oversight, alignment of Master Service Agreements and PRC updates.
• Participates in the evaluation, development, implementation, communication, monitoring and maintenance of SaaS Application security policies and procedures
• Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication
• Keeps abreast on the direction of emerging industry standards
• Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise
• Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of improving SaaS application governance and adherence to the SaaS Standard
• Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
• Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and technical experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and network protocols or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Provides expertise and leadership to develop, deploy and manage SaaS Oversight and Governance capabilities as part of the Strategic SaaS Strategic Remediation Program.
• Leads development, deployment and refinement of the following capabilities for SaaS applications: Risk Treatment, Governance and Oversight, alignment of Master Service Agreements and PRC updates.

• Is a technical expert with in-depth knowledge in area of expertise and in-depth knowledge of other areas as well.
• Requires excellent analytical ability, consultative and communication skills, strong judgment and the ability to work effectively with client, IT management and staff, vendors and consultants.
• Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.
