  • Develop creative strategies to open doors and create new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong focus on new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
2. Sales & Account Management
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial discovery through presentations, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Follow up consistently and effectively throughout the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and revenue goals.
3. Consultative SaaS Sales
  • Develop a strong understanding of Kokomo24/7®’s software solutions, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

4. Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to consistently generate new opportunities.
  • Prioritize prospects and accounts based on revenue potential and likelihood to close.
  • Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams on strategic opportunities and complex sales.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, networking events, customer meetings, and other business development activities.
  • Take ownership of sales results and proactively identify ways to improve performance.
5. CRM & Sales Operations
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage prospects, opportunities, activities, and sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Track prospecting activities, meetings, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports for leadership.

  • Highly motivated, persistent, competitive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly.
