Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Smyrna, TNEarn $1,350+ per Week - Full BenefitsHome Every Other Night!


Pay, Home Time & More:
  • Earn $1,350+ per week
  • Hourly Pay: $29.00 per hour
  • Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night with 3 nights per Week
  • Route: Regional; Out Every Other Night
  • Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel
  • Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
  • 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
  • Boot allowance provided


Schedule, Freight & Equipment:
  • Deliver SOLO To: TN, MS, IL, KY, AR
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; Saturday's As Needed 
  • Hours Per Week: 40 + hours per week 
  • Start Time: Dispatch between Midnight - 4:00 AM 
  • Tractor Type: Day Cab
  • Trailer Type: Dry Van 53’
  • Equipment: Hand Cart 
  • Freight: Touch – Retail Goods
  • Unload Only

Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
